Information session on participation within Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Call 2018 (07.09.2018, skype Kyiv-Mykolaiv)

On 7 September 2018 the Information session on participation within Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Call 2018 was organized. The event was held in cooperation with the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding for interested university staff.

About 70 participants of the University took part in the Skype session.

The NEO-Ukraine manager Petro KRAINIK provided an informational skype-session on the preparation and submission of application form within Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Action to Call 2018. Participants enriched their knowledge at Jean Monnet opportunities, its types of projects and features of each activity within the Action. The speaker presented examples of such projects in Ukraine, described the peculiarities of preparing a qualitative project proposal, main steps on filling in application forms in accordance with the type of the project. At the end of the event, the participants got recommendations and instructions on how to create, fill in and submit the application form, prepare the application package, form project budget table, etc.

As a result of the skype-session, representatives from Mykolaiv HEIs raised awareness on Erasmus+ Jean Monnet benefits and built personal/institutional capacities on effective participation and successful project proposal submission to the Jean Monnet Call 2018. Useful e-sources about the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet opportunities were disseminated.
